Account Manager – Integrated Marketing

About the Role:

The Account Manager – Integrated Marketing serves as the key liaison between clients and internal teams, managing client relationships and delivering integrated marketing solutions. This role combines strategic account management with campaign execution expertise, ensuring successful project outcomes and client satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary contact for client accounts, ensuring seamless communication and understanding of client goals.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, partner merchants, and drivers.
  • Address client inquiries, resolve concerns, and proactively identify opportunities for engagement.

Campaign & Marketing Management

  • Lead the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Creative, Digital Marketing, Operations) to deliver high-quality marketing assets, promotions, and rewards.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance across channels (In-App, Social Media, Email, etc.) and provide data-driven insights to clients.
  • Oversee KOL (Key Opinion Leader) management, including content planning and relationship building.

Ad Inventory Sales

  • Act as the sales agent for in-app ad inventory, working with clients to maximize ad placements and achieve sales targets.
  • Manage relationships with advertising clients and execute paid/house ads inside the app.
  • Prepare strategic proposals and pitches for new clients or projects.

Strategic Planning and Proposal Development

  • Collaborate with the Account Director to develop strategic plans that align with client needs and business goals.
  • Lead the creation and presentation of proposals for marketing campaigns, ad placements, and promotional activities.

Team Collaboration and Leadership

  • Work closely with the Assistant Project Manager and Account Team to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members on client handling and campaign management.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, or a related discipline.
  • Experience: 3–4 years in account management, project management, or marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing marketing campaigns.
  • Skills:
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both English and the local language.
    • Exceptional strategic thinking and proposal development capabilities.
    • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and reporting tools (e.g., Google Slides, Excel).
    • Experience with campaign tracking, performance analysis, and client reporting.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with application setup, in-app advertising, and KOL management is a plus.
