About the Role:
The Senior Account Executive is a key client-facing role within our digital marketing agency, responsible for managing high-profile client relationships and driving the strategic direction of client accounts. This position involves leading the development of proposals, providing strategic insights, and ensuring the successful execution of client campaigns. The Senior Account Executive serves as a trusted advisor to clients, leveraging deep industry knowledge to deliver impactful results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, providing proactive communication and problem-solving.
- Strategic Leadership: Lead the strategic planning and direction for client accounts, offering insights and recommendations that align with clients’ business goals. Partner with clients to develop and refine their marketing strategies.
- Proposal Development and Pitching: Oversee the creation and presentation of proposals and pitches to both existing and prospective clients. Lead the effort to showcase the agency’s capabilities, ensuring proposals are aligned with client needs and industry trends.
- Project Oversight: Ensure the successful execution of client campaigns by coordinating with internal teams, managing timelines, and monitoring progress. Provide leadership in troubleshooting and resolving any project-related challenges.
- Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling, working closely with clients to expand the agency’s service offerings. Drive revenue growth by securing new business and enhancing existing client relationships.
- Team Collaboration: Mentor and guide junior account executives, offering support and knowledge sharing to strengthen the overall account management team. Foster a collaborative environment within the team and across departments.
- Performance Analysis: Regularly review and analyze campaign performance, providing clients with data-driven insights and recommendations for optimization. Ensure that all client goals are met or exceeded.
- Industry Expertise: Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to provide clients with innovative solutions and maintain the agency’s competitive edge.
Skills and Qualifications:
Experience:
- 3–5 years of experience in account management, client servicing, or a related field, preferably within an agency or fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of service.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
