Job Summary:
The Creative Designer is responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and producing a variety of creative assets for both digital and print media. Working closely with the Creative Director, the Creative Designer transforms ideas into visually compelling designs that align with client objectives and brand guidelines. This role requires a strong aesthetic sense, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver high-quality creative outputs within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Graphic Design: Create visually appealing graphics for various platforms, including social media, websites, presentations, and marketing materials.
  • Branding and Visual Identity: Work on branding projects to develop logos, color schemes, and visual identities that communicate the client’s brand message effectively.
  • Campaign Conceptualization: Collaborate with the Creative Director and other team members to brainstorm and develop creative concepts for campaigns, advertisements, and promotions.
  • Client Collaboration: Understand client briefs and objectives, ensuring that all creative assets align with the client’s brand and goals.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met and the quality of work remains high.
  • Illustration and Multimedia Design: Use illustration skills and multimedia tools to create custom visuals and interactive content where required.
  • Design Revisions and Quality Control: Review and refine designs based on feedback from clients and internal stakeholders, maintaining high standards in all creative deliverables.
  • Trend Awareness: Stay up-to-date with design trends, software updates, and industry best practices to keep our creative work fresh and relevant.
  • Asset Organization: Maintain an organized archive of all creative assets and project files for future reference and easy access.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in graphic design, preferably within an agency or creative setting.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), along with familiarity with video editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro or After Effects (a plus).
  • Creativity and Innovation: Strong creative vision with the ability to produce unique and visually engaging designs.
  • Attention to Detail: High attention to detail to ensure design accuracy and quality in all deliverables.
  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet project deadlines.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills, with a proactive approach to collaborating with team members and communicating ideas.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to evolving project needs and feedback in a fast-paced environment.
