Creative Lead – Full Time (WFH)

Job Summary:

The Creative Lead is a senior role within the Creative team, responsible for overseeing the conceptualization, execution, and delivery of creative projects. Acting as a bridge between the Creative Director and the design team, the Creative Lead ensures all outputs meet the highest standards and align with client objectives. This role involves leadership, strategic thinking, and a hands-on approach to developing innovative creative solutions while mentoring team members and driving collaboration across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Creative Strategy and Leadership
    • Lead the development of creative concepts and strategies for campaigns, branding, and marketing initiatives.
    • Collaborate with the Creative Director to define the creative vision and ensure alignment with client goals.
  2. Team Oversight and Mentorship
    • Guide and mentor designers, writers, and other creative team members to elevate the quality of their work.
    • Provide constructive feedback, foster collaboration, and inspire the team to deliver innovative solutions.
  3. Project Management
    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high standards of quality.
    • Allocate resources effectively and oversee project workflows, coordinating with Account Managers and other departments.
  4. Client Collaboration
    • Act as a primary creative contact for clients, understanding their objectives and ensuring deliverables meet their expectations.
    • Present creative ideas and concepts to clients with confidence and clarity.
  5. Design and Concept Development
    • Provide hands-on design support for high-profile or complex projects, ensuring outputs meet the creative vision.
    • Develop branding elements, campaign concepts, and other design assets as needed.
  6. Quality Control and Standards
    • Review all creative outputs to ensure consistency, accuracy, and adherence to client brand guidelines.
    • Maintain a strong focus on detail, ensuring all work produced by the team reflects the company’s standards.
  7. Trend and Industry Awareness
    • Stay ahead of design and marketing trends, ensuring the team delivers cutting-edge creative solutions.
    • Introduce new tools, techniques, and processes to optimize the creative workflow.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5-7 years in a creative role, with a strong portfolio showcasing leadership on high-impact projects.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Creative Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and manage creative teams.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite), with a strong understanding of branding, campaign development, and digital/print production.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically about creative approaches and align them with business objectives.
  • Communication: Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly to clients and team members.
  • Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with other departments.
