Job Summary:
The Project Coordinator Intern is an entry-level role designed for individuals eager to gain hands-on experience in project management within a fast-paced operations environment. This position offers an opportunity to assist the Project Coordinator in the successful execution of client projects, while learning the fundamentals of project management, client communication, and team coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Project Execution: Assist the Project Coordinator in tracking project progress, ensuring that tasks are completed on time and to the required standard.
- Documentation: Help maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including meeting minutes, task lists, and project timelines.
- Client Interaction: Aid in preparing for client meetings by compiling necessary reports and materials, and occasionally participate in client calls to observe communication strategies.
- Research: Conduct research to support project needs, such as gathering information on industry trends, competitors, or specific client requirements.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with various internal teams, including Accounts, Media Buying, and Creative, to ensure that project milestones are met.
- Task Management: Assist in delegating tasks to team members and external freelancers as directed by the Project Coordinator, and follow up on task completion.
- Budget Tracking: Support the Project Coordinator in monitoring project budgets, helping to ensure financial accountability and transparency.
- Learning and Development: Actively engage in training opportunities to develop project management skills and gain a deeper understanding of the operations within a digital agency setting.
Skills and Qualifications:
- English Skill Level: Pre-intermediate
- Basic Computer and Internet Skills: Familiarity with using a computer and navigating the internet.
- Quick Learner: Demonstrates the ability to quickly understand new tasks and adapt to changing environments.
- Work-from-Anywhere: Must be able to work independently and effectively in a remote setting, adhering to our work-from-anywhere policy.
